This step is triggered by current market values companie’s share portfolio and possible downward revisions of the value of its property portfolio. The lending values of the properties as used for a pending refinancing may be substantially below book values. The total possible adjustment may be up to EUR 2.0 million. A new forecast will be issued at a later point of time. Dividend policy remains unaffected.
