Eindhoven, 22 July 2023 – NAVSTONE SE, listed on the m:access of the Munich Stock Exchange (ISIN NL0009538008 / WKN A1CUJD), publishes financial figures for the fiscal year 2022.
NAVSTONE SE generated revenue of EUR 0.6 million in 2022 financial year (previous year: EUR 0.4 million) and finalized the financial year with a net profit of EUR 0.1 million (previous year: EUR 2.3 million).
Group equity amounts to EUR 16.0 million as of the balance sheet date 31 December 2022, compared to EUR 16.0 million in the previous year. With an equity ratio of around 85.7 percent, NAVSTONE SE has a very solid equity base. Liquidity including securities amounted to EUR 1.3 million on the balance sheet date (previous year EUR 11.1 million). Real Estate assets increased to euro 15.1 million by end of 2022 compared to euro 6.4 million at 31.12.2021.
As of 31 December 2022, 4,401,235 shares of NAVSTONE SE were outstanding after deduction of treasury shares. With equity of around EUR 16.0 million of NAVSTONE SE, the NAV was around EUR 3.64 per share.
